Meanwhile, doctors have another message for young people. According to toxicologists, if teenagers are drug users today, in 5 years they will be patients in psychiatry or at risk for heart and brain attacks.
Over 30 cases of intoxication or overdose from the use of narcotics are referred to the Toxicology service at the QSUT every day. The number of daily patients seeking medical help is much higher as some of them, mainly female users, are referred to private hospitals. (A2 Televizion)
