The Special Court of Appeals upheld the "prison arrest" measure for Samuel Troshani and Izmir Sakica. They are accused of the rape of citizen Vladimir Bruçi in the Rus neighborhood of Shkodra.
The two arrested were handed over to the Shkodra Police in January of this year, after being wanted for the fight that occurred in June of last year.
Sakica and Troshani are also suspected of being two of the perpetrators in what is known as the Dobraçi massacre, where Arlind Bushati and Hamza Lici were killed by gunfire, while Bashkim and Flutura Basha died after being hit by the two victims' car while they were riding a motorcycle at the time of the assassination.
However, no charges have been filed against them for this serious incident. (A2 Televizion)
