At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, Tirana, the property of citizen ID, who is internationally wanted by German authorities for drug trafficking and possession of weapons, has been seized, writes A2 CNN.
According to official sources, the ID citizen is under investigation in Germany for the criminal offense of "Drug Trafficking". The asset investigation for the period 2011-2024 has proven that his income does not justify the investments and expenses made, proving his involvement in criminal activity.
Based on the results of the investigation, the Tirana Prosecution requested the seizure of several assets, which the court accepted. The seized assets include an 850 m² plot of land in Zall Herr, an apartment with a total area of 113.8 m², as well as a 98.8 m² unit and two parking spaces. (A2 Televizion)
