A 45-year-old man has been arrested by the Elbasan Police after he fatally hit a pedestrian the day before. The accident occurred yesterday in the "Shënkoll" neighborhood of Elbasan, when the vehicle the 45-year-old was driving hit the 69-year-old woman and then fled the scene of the accident. The 69-year-old woman died at the Trauma Hospital in Tirana.
