A 53-year-old man has been arrested by the Police in Fier, following an operation to crack down on the criminal activity of selling narcotics.
Through a statement, the Police announced that the 53-year-old was caught red-handed selling narcotics divided into doses.
Meanwhile, heroin doses, a quantity of cannabis in chocolate form, electronic scales, a pistol comb, which the 53-year-old possessed, as well as sums of money suspected to have been obtained from his criminal activity, were seized as material evidence.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action.

Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force Section of the Fier DVP, as a result of investigative actions carried out with proactive methods, finalized the police operation codenamed "Moment", to crack down on a case of criminal activity of selling hard drugs.
During the operation, in the "Liri Gero" neighborhood, Fier, the Police services caught citizen AM red-handed, selling heroin in doses to citizen FD.
During the physical search of citizen AM and in his apartment, the Police services found and seized a quantity of suspected heroin divided into doses ready for sale, a quantity of cannabis in chocolate form, a pistol comb, 1 electronic scale and a sum of money suspected of having been obtained from the sale of narcotics. Also, the vehicle that this citizen used for this criminal activity was seized as material evidence.
Following the procedural actions, citizen AM, 53 years old, resident of Fier, was arrested in flagrante delicto, and criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen FD, 37 years old, resident of Patos.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action. (A2 Televizion)
