SPAK is seeking a 5-year prison sentence for the former Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment, Alqi Bllako.
According to SPAK, Bllako is guilty of "passive corruption of high-ranking state officials and local elected officials" in 2 cases, committed during the concession contract of the Tirana Incinerator.
In addition to the prison sentence, SPAK also requested an additional sentence, the removal of the right to exercise public functions for 5 years.
The next session, for the defense's conclusions, will be held on March 7, at 1:00 PM.
