A business near Golem in Lushnje has fallen prey to thieves. During the night, they entered a slaughterhouse business and stole the safe and took one of the company's vans to transport it and remove it from the scene.
While leaving in a hurry, the unwanted guests made a mistake and drove off the road with the car they were carrying out the theft and fell into the drainage canal.
Police at the scene have conducted an examination and documented evidence that could lead to the identification and arrest of the perpetrators. Security camera footage from businesses in the area is also being collected to determine the dynamics of the incident and to discover what vehicle the perpetrators used to commit the theft.
After the van they were driving fell into a canal at the exit of the village of Golem i Početlje towards the highway, the perpetrators fled in another vehicle and, according to police sources, they exited onto the Lushnje-Rrogozhina highway. (A2 Televizion)
