The Special Court confirmed the security measure "prison arrest" given in absentia to Loran Dusha, the former administrator of the Fier incinerator.
Dusha was extradited to Albania 2 days ago from Zimbabwe, where he was on the run while being investigated by SPAK and tried in the Special Court for "corruption" and "money laundering".
In the First Instance, Dusha was sentenced to 7 years in prison, but the Special Appeal returned the case against him and the co-defendants of the Fier incinerator for retrial.
Dusha was not present in the courtroom due to health problems. (A2 Televizion)
