Police have arrested a 33-year-old man from Laçi after he is accused of stealing in Milan, Italy, as part of a criminal organization.
Klaus Nikolli was internationally wanted because the Court of Milan had imposed a security measure of "Arrest in prison" on him for the criminal offense of "Theft", committed under aggravating circumstances and within the framework of a criminal organization.
"Following solid and intensive cooperation with Italian Police counterparts, the services of the Special Operational Force Directorate, within the framework of the operation "Operacionalja 33", located in Laç and provisionally arrested, with the aim of extradition, citizen KN, 33 years old, born in Laç", the police announced.
Interpol Tirana is cooperating with counterparts in Italy to finalize the extradition procedure for the 33-year-old. (A2 Televizion)
