DP candidate Aulon Kalaja filed a lawsuit with SPAK regarding the May 11 elections, claiming that there was an electoral crime. He also claims that his votes were diverted and given to another candidate.
"I was here to file two criminal charges. The seizure of the ballot boxes and the recount by SPAK and I will continue the battle for legitimization in the Constitutional Court. These are not human errors, human errors are when they move by 2 votes and not by 42 votes. The tellers have collaborated with the person who counted the votes, there have been cases, votes have been taken away from me and given to someone else, there are obvious movements. That is why I have requested the seizure of the ballot boxes by SPAK and a recount, verification also with film footage, I also have them marked with boxes here to make available to SPAK. There are cases when they were taken by the SP, but also from within the coalition. Votes that were taken away from me or other candidates. I will not give up this battle, I will not give up. I do not even know how many votes I have, KAS says differently, CEC says differently, other things come out in the footage. I will continue the battle in the Constitutional Court as well," Kalaja emphasized. (A2 Televizion)
