The political leader of the Socialist Party for the Diaspora, Taulant Balla, said that complaints to the Central Election Commission are made only by political parties, thus commenting on the requests filed by various candidates for deputies, who, after not winning a mandate, requested the film footage.
"Everyone has the right to demand, to make transparency, but thanks to the provisions set out in the Electoral Code, it is the CEC that will make this process transparent. All parties that have claims have a way of doing this. The Electoral Code provides that political parties can file a complaint. No one can make transparency better than the CEC has done," said Balla.
