In the documents of the Special Structure of a few days ago, by means of which 14 people were requested to be arrested in connection with the file of Incinerators, facts and evidence implicating the mayor Erion Veliaj are missing.
This is the accusation that was raised on Monday evening in "Debate" by Alba Alishani, Member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party of Reestablishment, Belind Këlliçi.
"And in the document that was sent on December 7 for Taulant Tuša and for 14 other members, evidence has disappeared. The name of the Mayor has been removed."
According to Këlliç, in the report that was sent to the Assembly to request approval for the arrest of Arben Ahmetaj, the name of the mayor Erion Veliaj was mentioned three times in the documents. And yet, it seems that his name, signature and seal, always according to Kelliç, have disappeared.
Kelliçi even vowed that if there is no reflection in the future, the prosecutors of the case will be accused of abuse of office. Whereas, the 15 measures issued by SPAK for Tirana's incinerator, Belind Kelliçi called them ridiculous.
