The Democratic Party officially asked the majority to include in the agenda for Thursday's plenary session the vote on the motion to send the mandate of Olta Xhaçka to the Constitutional Court, now that all parties have become familiar with the opinion of the Venice Commission.
The request was submitted to the Conference of Speakers by deputy Ina Zhupa, but was rejected by the majority. The Assembly will have three more sessions for this calendar year, where the Xhaçka case seems to accompany the political debate inside the hall.
In addition to the debate on Venice, part of the discussion was also the opposition's request for an interpellation with Prime Minister Rama on the Beçheti case. Even this request did not receive an answer from the parliament. (A2 Televizion)
