Lulzim Basha has reacted to the statements of Prime Minister Edi Rama, who this morning mocked the former chief democrat by presenting him as incompetent.
Through a post on social media, Basha expressed that according to the prime minister, anyone who doesn't steal is incompetent.
Basha emphasizes that when he was the head of the Municipality of Tirana, there were no corrupt projects, but real investments for the city and its citizens. According to him, there were no money laundering towers or suspicious affairs, but projects for roads, schools, kindergartens and a cleaner Tirana.
Basha further states that Rama is the prime minister who has gone down in history for introducing crime into the government, for his collaboration in taking power, and for the highest level of corruption in Europe.

According to Edi Rama, whoever doesn't steal is incompetent. If you haven't stolen, you haven't done anything, according to Rama.
The truth is that there has been no 5D in the Municipality of Tirana, but the construction of the new Tirana Boulevard has begun.
There were no concrete towers where criminal money was laundered, but there were development projects, roads, schools, nurseries, and kindergartens.
There were no projects that filled the mayor's pockets, but projects that gave development to the city and dignity to citizens in every corner of the capital.
There were no thefts with imaginary incinerators, but projects for a clean Tirana at low costs.
The Prime Minister, who has gone down in history for introducing crime into the government, for his collaboration in seizing power, for the highest level of corruption in Europe, does not understand that:
