DP representatives are demanding that a box in the Elbasan district be declared invalid, because two ballot papers were found inside it, one without a stamp and another with only a stamp.
According to them, this proves the phenomenon of the "Bulgarian train." Both of these sheets were considered valid, writes A2 CNN.
Based on the decision of the KAS, the ballot boxes for the two municipalities of the Elbasan district will not be re-evaluated, but only the actual number of ballots in the boxes will be calculated with those noted in the minutes. (A2 Televizion)
