The detention of Ervin Salianji in prison for more than nine months, at the trial of Sali Berisha, was carried out outside any law and in violation of the Constitution. On the day of the release of the former DP MP from prison, the opposition leader claimed that Salianji remained in prison on the orders of Edi Rama and Fatmir Xhafaj.
"Ervin Salianji suffered outside of any law, Constitution, or rule. 9 months in prison just because he denounced Geron Xhafa as the main trafficker in the Vlora region. Ervin Salianji's imprisonment had as its main goal the imprisonment of the truth."
At the press conference, Berisha denounced a serious act that, according to him, is happening to Ilir Meta in prison, where he claimed that he is being subjected to psychological terror.
"On the orders of Edi Rama and Ulsi Manja, bandits in uniform have exercised psychological terror against Ilir Meta because he has given an interview to the media, has exercised his right to speech."
Regarding Prime Minister Edi Rama's action to free up public spaces, he claims that it is done to divert attention from the environmental catastrophe in Elbasan. The Democratic leader adds that the burning of waste in Elbasan is many times more serious than the illegal construction in Theth.
"Edi Rama, to cover up the poisoning he committed on the citizens of Elbasan..., ...goes and deals with the containers of a criminal, who according to the 'Metamorphosis' file was engaged in executing the Prime Minister of Kosovo. I inform the citizens that the noise being made about Thethi is the same as trying to cover up his megacrime. Prek Kodra turns out to be a man who had taken over".
In the debate between the prime minister and the Shkodra prosecution, Berisha chose to side with the prosecution, where according to him the prosecutor's actions are dignified acts in defense of the law and the Constitution. (A2 Televizion)
