"Justice delays, but does not forget." This is how Prime Minister Edi Rama commented on the decision of the Human Rights Court, based in Strasbourg, for January 21.
During the meeting with the socialists at the party's Assembly in Dibër, Rama again described January 21 as a state crime ordered by the government.
"The reasons given for this new escalation of insanity are not known. This is certainly related to justice. The Court of Human Rights issued the decision, overturning the entire farcical process developed in Albania on January 21. How is it possible that after the citizens of this country were killed with state rifles, as a result of opening fire ordered by the top of the chain, this country did not see justice? Without only humiliation of the families who lost their people", said Rama.
"This decision of the Court of Human Rights is the most concrete embodiment of the expression "justice delays, but does not forget". It is a state crime, by direct and illegal government order," added Rama. (A2 Televizion)
