In the "Sy m'Sy" column, Prime Minister Edi Rama did not leave without commenting the offensive language that the Democrat supporter and social media personality, Ilir Vrenozi, used to address him at the DP electoral meeting in Korça.
Rama has once again described Vrenoz as the true leader of the country's opposition, while expressing criticism and surprise at how supporters and senior representatives of the opposition rejoiced at his speech.
"Then, to show that they are very revolted, they go to Korça, the city of culture, serenades, and parties, which is called Little Paris, and there their real leader, Ilir Vrenozi, takes the floor. You think I'm joking. Their real leader is Vrenozi, and to show how wrong I have been, they unleash their language in a kind of religion that no one understands. No one can say how a political party can hold a rally and get excited about the lowest words of Albanian shouted in the parliament. These are the banal stories of these days, while I am here to see you face to face," said Rama.
The head of government further emphasized that it is not at all true that this campaign is not without topics and issues.
"It is a campaign with a major, essential national issue, which is the encounter with history on May 11. It is our destiny that the stars of Albania and the EU have aligned to conclude an endless story towards full integration with Europe," the prime minister said. (A2 Televizion)
