Three years after the holding of the National Assembly on December 11, which dismissed Lulzim Basha as the chairman of the Democratic Party and the odyssey through the country's courts, the Court of Tirana officially recognizes Sali Berisha as the chairman of the Democratic Party.
Until now, the Court recognized the Re-establishment Commission as the governing body for the Democratic Party.
