After more than 3 parliamentary sessions that were characterized by chaos, President Bajram Begaj reacted by calling for dialogue. He was critical of the opposition's attitude so far, stressing that "it should not behave that way".
Speaking outside the Diaspora Summit, Begaj said that today is the day of unification and politics should be treated as such in the Assembly.
"Today is the day of unification and politicians should behave as such! Parliament is the place where ideas and programs should be debated and should not be behaved in that way. Have I made an effort to call them for dialogue? Undoubtedly, such a message has been expressed in every word I have addressed to the Assembly", said Begaj.
The opposition has again warned of a boycott, even up to a hunger strike until the acceptance of their demands, which are the establishment of 3 investigative commissions. (A2 Televizion)
