Commissioner Kos congratulates Albania on opening Group Chapter 3: Another step closer to the EU

European Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos, has congratulated Albania on the opening of the third group-chapter of negotiations.

Through a post on the social network 'X', Kos writes that the opening of this group-chapter will mean a stronger Albanian economy and a step closer to the EU.

We recall that the third chapter group consists of Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth, writes A2 CNN.

"Congratulations to Albania on opening Group 3 on competitiveness and inclusive growth today! This means a stronger Albanian economy for the benefit of your citizens and another step closer to the EU. EU enlargement is about progressing day by day," writes Marta Kos on the social network X.

The opening of the third group of negotiating chapters was approved today, as the fifth Albania-EU intergovernmental conference took place in Brussels, writes A2 CNN.
