As we approach the May 11 elections, it appears that a significant reformation has begun in the Socialist Party in several regions of the country.
Sources for A2 CNN indicate that in the PS of the Kukës district, political leader Eduart Shalsi has decided to remove the chairman of the PS branch in Tropoja, Egzon Bashkurti, from office.
Also, Albert Halilaj, who also holds the position of mayor of the city, has been dismissed from the position of acting chairman of the SP in Kukës. We recall that Halilaj was appointed to this position by the Secretary General of the SP, Blendi Klosi, writes A2 CNN.
On the other hand, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted to this issue, linking it to a serious incident, where a relative of the mayor of Kukës was injured with gunfire.
