Every time the rains highlight the infrastructural problems in the Kukës municipality. Amortized and neglected for years, the road that students of the 9-year-old "1 Kershori" school in the city pass every day has turned into a disturbing problem. On rainy days, this road becomes almost impassable due to water puddles.
In addition to school students, the road is also used by citizens and merchants of the agri-food and industrial market. As if the water holes on this road are not enough, even the garbage is not cleaned regularly.
Even in the villages of the municipality of Kukës, the road infrastructure is very depreciated. This is the road used by the residents of the village of Turraj and Novosejit, as well as the road that leads to the tourist point of the color trail.
But what the residents of the area and tourists have the most problem with is the bridge that does not guarantee safe passage of vehicles over it.
