"SPAK wants to justify an illegal, unconstitutional act that it started against Sali Berisha, a month ago." This is the position held by the leader of "Rithemelimin", in the A2 CNN studio on Tuesday evening, after the Special Prosecutor's Office asked Parliament today for approval for his arrest.

Asked if it is the internationals who are "hitting" him or his political opponent, the former prime minister quoted a statement made earlier by "Edi Rama, that the reform in justice was done by him and not by the Anglo-Americans."

According to Berisha, SPAK can have the support of the USA, but as he said, no institution that does not violate the law can be supported.
